BY PURCHASING Custom Sized Mirrors through www.CustomMirrorsUSA.com (the “Site”) or www.CustomFramesUSA.com (the “Site”).

THE BUYER AGREES WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITES. These Terms constitute an agreement between the "Site" and you. We recommend that you print out a copy of these Terms for your records.

By using the Site, you affirm that you are able and legally competent to agree to and comply with these Terms.. If you do not agree to these Terms or if you are not legally competent to agree to them, then you may not use the Site.

 

CustomMirrorsUSA, CustomFramesUSA registered site under Datasaso LLC a limited liability company registered in state of Texas is selling online on the "Site" the custom sized mirrors manufactured by partner FrameCrafters,Inc.

Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

The receipt of  an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any customer. Prices and availability of products on the Sites are subject to change without notice. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of an order. Errors will be corrected when discovered and we reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted). We reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. The seller obligation under this agreement for fulfilling the order that are accepted as per the terms and conditions as defined herein.
Product
The end product will be manufactured to BUYER selected specifications on the "Site" as submitted within reasonable differential tolerances, accuracy of dimensions  typical of the manufacturing process. Its BUYER responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the selected specifications prior to placing the order. The frame actual color, texture, brightness, finish displayed on the "Site" may vary depending on the BUYER computer settings.  If verification of the actual color, texture, brightness, finish are required prior to placing an order, BUYER may request a Free sample of the frame by contacting us through contact page and providing the details of the Frame Model prior to placing a order.
The "Site" will make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the product descriptions and doesn't guarantee or shall be liable for any inaccuracies or discrepancies.
Warranty

The custom mirrors sold on the "Site" and manufactured, shipped by FrameCrafters,Inc. has been in conformity with all applicable order commitments and all express and implied warranties, and neither CustomMirrorsUSA/ CustomFramesUSA the "Site" owned and Managed by DatasasoLLC nor our partner has any Liability (and there is no basis for any present or future action, suit, proceeding, hearing, investigation, charge, complaint, claim, or demand against any of them giving rise to any Liability) for  fulling the order, replacement or repair thereof or other damage in connection therewith. No product manufactured, sold, or delivered  is subject to any guaranty, warranty, or other indemnity beyond the applicable standard terms and conditions described here in for fulfillment of an order.

Liability

Neither CustomMirrorsUSA/CustomFramesUSA the "Site" owned and Managed by DatasasoLLC nor our partner FrameCrafters,Inc. as Sellers and the BUYER defined as ("party") in this transaction  shall be liable to other party for any consequential, special, indirect, exemplary or punitive damages including but not loss or profit or products, whether such liability is based, or claimed to be based upon negligent act or omission of a party or its personnel or  whether such liability is based or claimed to be based upon any breach of party's obligations under this agreement.

The BUYER shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless CustomMirrorsUSA/CustomFramesUSA the "Site" owned and Managed by DatasasoLLC and our partner FrameCrafters,Inc.from all claims, losses, expenses or damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CustomMirrorsUSA/CustomFramesUSA and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of (i) your use of the Site, including any User information you submit, post to or transmit through the Site, (ii) your violation of these Terms of Use or (iii) your violation of any rights of another user.

 

Notice to California Residents
