Shipping / Return Policy

Please do not send the mirror without giving notice through our email, website, or direct message. We will follow up with specific instructions.

Cancellation:

Please check your item dimension, orientation and shipping address carefully before submitting your order.  This is a custom sized framed mirror manufactured  to your exact specifications.  Depending on the stage od production we may not be able to changes or cancel the order.

These are custom sized mirrors manufactured to customer selected sizes and depending in the stage of manufacturing we cannot cancel the order. Henceforth customer agrees for no cancellation of order once submitted, How-ever reasonable effort will  be made for cancellation or changes to the order if the production has not started and with a cancellation fee of 50$. 

Returns:

Unless defective or damaged no returns allowed. Returns have to be approved by us prior to shipping back in the original packaging. Buyer will be responsible for paying own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt the mirror will be inspected and an appropriate exchange credit after deducting a fee of 30% and the actual cost of shipping will be provided to the BUYER.

Shipping:

Free Standard Shipping on all orders with in USA 48 contiguous states. The product is shipped upon completion of Manufacturing which is typically 3-7 business days after order receipt.

Damages During Shipment:

Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery.  In the event your item has been damaged during shipping. YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.    We will need photos of the outside of the shipping carton, the inner packing materials and the damage to the product to file a claim on your behalf and begin production of a replacement.

These are processed via claim through the shipment provider. Immediately upon receipt if the product is damaged, please send the evidence pictures of the damages to the box, Mirror and associated package for filing the claim. Upon delivery the BUYER have to notify and submit us the required with in 2 day. If this time window period is passed the BUYER waives the right for the claim.

Shipping Other:

Free standard shipping on all orders within the lower 48 contiguous states.  Your custom order will typically ship within 3-7 business days after the order has been placed.  If an item is returned by the shipper due to an incorrect or incomplete ship to address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to re-deliver

Shipping only to USA 48 contiguous states. Outside of these states please contact us for a custom shipping price.

We will not be held liable if the BUYER has failed to receive the product/s at the assigned address. If the products are returned to the sender, we will charge the succeeding shipment fee to the buyer.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.

Buyer will be responsible for paying own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If approved for an exchange product, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach the buyer may vary, depending on location.

If the buyer is shipping the item, the buyer should consider using a shipping service (with tracking number) or purchase shipping insurance. We are not liable for returns lost via shipping.

Shipments are only Delivered as per the shipping provider terms & conditions typically to ground floor.
