How will my order ship?

All orders are shipped ground in UPS approved shipping cartons. For oversized orders, we use a specialized third party shipping carrier

What is the expected shipping time in days?

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped ground from our facility in Houston, TX. Most will arrive in between 2 to 4 days depending on distance. All large and oversized custom mirrors will be shipped using a shipping carrier that specializes in making large residential deliveries. Delivery time for oversized shipments is approximately 7 to 10 days. *Please note transit times for oversized deliveries may vary due to outlying locations and current staffing levels*

I made a mistake on my order, how can I correct it?

New orders will be processed for production each business day morning. If you realize you've made a mistake, please reach out to us within the first 24 hours and we'll gladly make any changes you need. After that period, there may be additional fees applied to make changes. 

How small or large can you make a custom mirror?

Our sizes range from 16" up to 100". Please note that these are for OUTSIDE dimensions. 

How long does it take to make my order?

Orders will typically be produced and shipped within 3 to 7 business days from order date. Please note for large oversized mirrors, it may take up to 7 days to build your custom mirror. 

What should I do if my custom frame mirror arrives broken or damaged?

 Although we package exceptionally well, on occasion an item will be damaged during shipping. Not to worry! Please contact customer support at custommirrorsusa@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of both the box and the damaged item and we'll take it from there. 

Is hanging hardware included with my order?

Yes, each order includes Z bars attached to the back of each mirror. 

How can I track my order?

Once your mirror has been boxed and labeled for shipping, a tracking number will be sent to the email of record for the purchase. 

What is your return policy?

All orders are custom made, therefore we do not offer returns or refunds.
